1. Your Purchase of a Gift Card
Gift Cards can only be purchased electronically and redeemed for purchases made online at http://www.flexseal.ca.
The purchase and issuance of our Gift Cards are administered by our third-party service providers: Shopify Inc. and Swift Response, LLC. To purchase a Gift Card, you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, such as your name, your credit card number and its expiration date, your billing address, and your CVV number. You represent and warrant that (i) you have the right to use any credit card that you submit in connection with any purchase, and (ii) any credit card information supplied by you is true and complete. By submitting such information, you grant to us the right to provide such information to our third-party services providers to assist us in taking the order and processing payment. Once payment has been processed, the Gift Card will be sent by email to the email address supplied at purchase within several hours or sooner. If the email is not received, please check or spam filter or request online that the email is resent.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, and Apple Pay as payment for Gift Cards. No other terms of payment are currently accepted. Your credit card/account will be charged at the time of purchase.
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that the Gift Card(s) will be used only in a lawful manner, and all Gift Cards purchased by you are for personal or gift use and not for commercial use or resale.
All offers to purchase a Gift Card are subject to acceptance by us or Shopify on our behalf. We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, (a) refuse to accept the purchase of Gift Cards for any or no reason, including, without limitation, if the information cannot be verified prior to the completion of any purchase; (b) limit the available quantity of or discontinue making available any Gift Card; (c) impose conditions on the honouring of any Gift Card (subject to applicable laws); or (d) bar any user from purchasing Gift Cards or refuse to issue a Gift Card to any user for any or no reason. You will pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf in connection with your purchase of any Gift Card, and you are responsible for any taxes applicable to such purchases.
We are not responsible for communication failures, errors, difficulties, or other malfunctions or lost, stolen or misdirected transactions, transmissions, messages or entries on or in connection with the purchase or use of any Gift Cards. We are not responsible for any incorrect information associated with any purchase of a Gift Card, regardless of whether such incident is the result of user error, system error or human error.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ANY COMMUNICATION OR INFORMATION TRANSMITTED ON ANY PLATFORM ON OR THROUGH WHICH YOU PURCHASE A GIFT CARD OR ANY LINKS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY GIFT CARDS. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, MOBILE PHONE OR OTHER DEVICE, OR INTERCEPTION OR USE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM USE OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING.
2. How You Can Use Gift Cards
You may use Gift Cards to purchase FLEX SEAL® products online at flexseal.ca . After adding selected items to your cart at flexseal.ca, at checkout, choose "apply a gift card" and insert your card number to place your order.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges of purchases made with Gift Cards are subject to our cancellation, returns and exchange policies. If an order is cancelled, returned or exchanged, any applicable refund would be returned to the Gift Card.
3. Can You Reload Your Gift Card?
No. You cannot reload our Gift Cards, and once the balance is exhausted, such Gift Cards will be void and of no further force and effect.
4. Will Your Gift Card Expire or Decrease in Value?
No. Our Gift Cards that have a balance do not expire and are not subject to additional fees.

Our Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, cheque or credit unless required by law). Gift Cards cannot be applied to any credit or loan account.
7. How Long You Should Keep Your Gift Card Following an Online Purchase.
Please retain your Gift Card(s) until you have received your online order. Your funds will be deducted from your Gift Card at checkout. If an order is cancelled, returned or exchanged, any refund would be returned to the Gift Card.
8. Can You Purchase a Gift Card and FLEX SEAL® products in the Same Transaction?
No. The purchase of a Gift Card is administered by a third-party service provider. To purchase FLEX SEAL® products, you will need to go to flexseal.ca and make the merchandise purchase in a separate transaction.
9. How You Know the Recipient Actually Received a Gift Card sent
The Gift Card will be emailed to the email provided during checkout. If the Gift Card is intended to be a gift, you can forward the email or the link in the email to the recipient, or you can include the recipient's email at the time of purchase.
10. What To Do If You've Lost Your Gift Card
You must safeguard your Gift Cards, and in particular the numbers on the cards, for your own protection. If you have misplaced your Gift Card, contact us immediately via contact@flexsealproducts.com or 833-411-3539 during business hours. If your Gift Card has not been fully redeemed and has some remaining value, we can cancel the original card number and reissue a new Gift Card with a new number for the value remaining at the time you reported the lost/stolen card.
11. What To Do If Someone Makes a Copy of Your Gift Card
You must safeguard your Gift Cards, and in particular the numbers on the cards, for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and uses the number on the card to redeem the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the Gift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the Gift Card.
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen the number associated with your Gift Card, contact us immediately via contact@flexsealproducts.com or 833-411-3539 during business hours. If your Gift Card has not been fully redeemed and has some remaining value, we can cancel the original card number and reissue a new Gift Card with a new number for the value remaining at the time you reported the lost/stolen card.
12. Other Terms and Conditions.
Gift Cards are not credit/debit cards and cannot be returned, refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheque, or credit unless required by law. Gift Cards cannot be applied to any credit or loan balance.
Returns and exchanges of purchases made with Gift Cards are subject to our return/exchange policies in effect from time to time.
We may deactivate or reject any Gift Card if we or any of our third-party service providers suspect fraud at our or their sole discretion.
For Canadian residents, Gift Cards purchased from flexseal.ca may only be redeemed at flexseal.ca. We currently do not offer cross-border redemption of Gift Cards.

13. Avoiding Gift Card Scams.
Gift card scams are on the rise and are becoming a serious issue for retailers and their customers. The following is a guide on how to spot gift card scams and report them.
No legitimate business or government agency (CRA, police, etc.) will ask you to pay specifically with gift cards.
Never provide any gift card numbers over the phone or in an email through unexpected phone calls or unsolicited emails.
Fraudsters can contact victims via phone, email, text or social media posts.
Do not respond to advertisements "for free gift cards." They are usually scams.
If you receive a call from a stranger indicating that a loved one needs help and they ask you to provide gift card numbers, hang up and contact your loved one directly.
Do not sell or check your Gift Card balance outside of flexseal.ca.
