Materials

● 1 tube of Flex Glue Clear

● Artificial snowflakes

● 1 piece of wood (MDF or similar)

● 2 pieces of acrylic (pre-cut to match your design)

● 1 tassel for hanging the ornament

● Cotton swabs

● Alcohol wipes for surface prep

● Engraving tool (optional)

Steps

1. Clean and Prep

Wipe the wood and acrylic with an alcohol pad to remove dirt, grease, or oil, then dry it thoroughly. A clean surface helps Flex Glue form the strongest bond possible.

2. Apply Flex Glue and Attach Acrylic

Add a bead of Flex Glue Clear across the front side of the wood piece. Then, carefully place one acrylic piece onto the surface, pressing firmly to ensure a strong seal. If any Flex Glue seeps out along the edges, quickly wipe it off with a rag or paper towel.

3. Add the Snowflakes

Once Flex Glue is dry to the touch, sprinkle in a teaspoon of artificial snowflakes to give the ornament a winter feel.

4. Glue On the Second Acrylic Piece

Next, apply Flex Glue Clear to the back side of the wood. Position the second acrylic piece and press firmly to bond it in place. Wipe away any excess glue around the edges for a clean finish.

5. Let Cure and Add the Tassel

Allow the ornament to cure for 24-48 hours. Once it’s set, loop the tassel through the top to create a hanger.
